Doris Hancock Registration

Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year will open April 25th 2022

All students must be registered online each school year before providing necessary documents to the zoned school. The CCSD Online Registration System is available in English & Spanish.

 

Returning Families to the Clark County School District

 

STEP 1

Register Online through the Infinite Campus Portal. If you need assistance with your parent portal account please email 0522-office@nv.ccsd.net or call the office at (702)799-4205. Make sure to write down your application number.

STEP 2

Finalize your registration by bringing in your enrollment documents to the school. For your convenience, you may email a clear image of your utility bill to 0522-office@nv.ccsd.net Please include your student’s name, date of birth and application number.

 

STEP 3

Receive your classroom assignments by mail.

 

Kindergarten and Families New to the Clark County School District

 

STEP 1

Register Online through the CCSD website/Infinite Campus. Make sure to write down your application number.

 

STEP 2

Finalize your registration by bringing in your enrollment documents to the school. For your convenience, you may email a clear image of your utility bill to 0522-office@nv.ccsd.net. Please include your student’s name, date of birth and application number.

STEP 3

You will need to bring to the office or email 0522-office@nv.ccsd.net with your child's original birth certificate/passport, child's current immunization/shot records and parent driver's license/passport.

Please make sure all images are clear.

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:​

  • 5 DPT shots *

  • 4 Polio shots *

  • 2 MMR shots

  • 2 Hepatitis A shots

  • 3 Hepatitis B shots

  • 2 Chickenpox (Varicella) shots or doctor's note with date that your child contracted Chickenpox.

​​* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth birthday.

STEP 4

Receive your classroom assignments by mail.

 

Updates for the 2022-2023 School Year

Kindergarten students must have attained the age of 5 years old by the first day of school.

Residential Affidavits will be replaced by Shared Housing Verification Request Form. The form must be completed and signed by the family and homeowner/lessee and be notarized in the presence of a Nevada Notary Public. Upon completion of the Shared Housing Verification Request Form, documentation will need to be sent to ESD by email, U.S mail, or in person to:

If approved, ESD will notify the family of the outcome.

 

Pre-K

Full day Pre-k is available at Hancock through Nevada Ready Pre-k with limited seating. Students must be 4 years of age by 8/8/22 and families must meet income eligibility guidelines. The lottery for the school year 2022-2023 was held March 1st, but they are always accepting applications to fill vacancies throughout the year.
